Senior Contract Administrator- Construction

Overview The Contract Administrator will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts related to goods and services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and budget constraints. This role includes managing contract proposals, estimates, and approvals, maintaining insurance certificates for the company and subcontractors, processing billings and invoices including AIA forms and A/R postings, and supporting Project Managers by handling all contract-related documentation and bookings in a timely manner. Responsibilities Prepare, review, and negotiate construction contracts for goods and services. Manage contract proposals, estimates, and approvals. Maintain insurance certificates for the company and subcontractors. Process billings and invoices, including AIA forms and A/R postings. Provide contract-related documentation support to Project Managers and ensure timely bookings. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent business experience (8+ years). Two years of prior experience in a contract administration role or related field. Knowledge of contract law, accounting principles, and finance. Job costing and work-in-process knowledge.
