How You'll Make a Difference

The Bone Growth Therapies Spine Service Representative (Fitter) will assist direct Orthofix Territory Managers, as well as Orthofix Distributors with patient education and device in-services.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct, personal and timely service representing Orthofix in a professional and straight forward manner.

• Assist with Patient Fittings.
\n
• Assist with educational meetings with patients and staff regarding the benefits of the Orthofix stimulation products.
\n
• Discuss explanation of benefits and patient responsibilities.
\n
• Facilitate paperwork collections for order submissions.
\n
• Field patient phone calls.
\n
• Collect and submit HIPPA covered information related to orders.
\n
• Regular attendance required.
\n

Who You Are

• Excellent time management skills
\n
• An ability to accurately maintain a monthly fitter log, detailing patient fit, date and time, serial number and type of device, etc.
