About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic and operational leadership in all financial matters. The CFO will be responsible for the financial performance, profitability, and growth initiatives of the organization. This executive will lead the financial strategy, planning, and performance management, and will be a key partner to the executive leadership in driving profitability, growth, liquidity, and capital management. The role also involves overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic financial analysis, as well as managing financial risk and ensuring compliance with all standards. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' financial leadership and general management experience within banking or financial services, with a strong knowledge of financial strategy, accounting, audit, economic analysis, and operational systems. A proven track record in driving growth, profitability, and organizational performance is essential, as is experience in working with executive teams, Boards, auditors, and regulatory examiners. The CFO will also be involved in evaluating and supporting expansion opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships, and must have exceptional communication, leadership, and presentation skills. An advanced degree in finance and/or a CPA is preferred.
