Sr. Account Executive - LA Market

As our Senior Account Executive, you'll drive new business development and grow long-term customer relationships throughout the Los Angeles market. Build and execute your own territory sales strategy, targeting high-value prospects. Prospect, develop, and close new B2B accounts through outreach, referrals, networking, and field sales. Sell solutions across janitorial and sanitation supplies, facility solutions, packaging, foodservice disposables, and office products. Target commercial property management, healthcare, education, hospitality, manufacturing, logistics, and other multi-location businesses. Conduct facility walkthroughs, identify operational opportunities, and develop value-driven proposals. Expand customer relationships through cross-selling and multi-category supply programs. Partner with manufacturer representatives and internal operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Manage your pipeline, sales activities, and forecasting through CRM. This is a true new-business development role for someone who enjoys hunting, closing, and building lasting customer relationships. Compensation That Rewards Your Success We believe great salespeople should be rewarded for the value they create. $100,000 guaranteed annual base salary — not a recoverable draw. 15% of gross profit on self-sourced accounts during year one. 12% of gross profit on those accounts thereafter, for the life of the account. Uncapped commissions , paid monthly.

This is a greenfield territory with no guaranteed starting book of business. Any accounts assigned later earn an 8% gross-profit commission. At least 3 years in JanSan, facility supply, packaging, or a closely related distribution industry. Demonstrated success prospecting, developing, and closing new business. Strong knowledge of the Los Angeles commercial market. Ability to sell consultatively, focusing on total cost, operational efficiency, and customer value. Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and territory management skills. Experience using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines. Valid California driver's license, insurable driving record, and reliable transportation. You’ll Stand Out If You Have: Experience with a national or regional JanSan distributor. A proven history of building a territory or customer portfolio from the ground up. Experience selling to multi-site or national accounts. Knowledge of dispenser systems, floor care programs, chemical dilution systems, or cost-in-use analysis. ISSA/CIMS familiarity or relevant manufacturer certifications. Why IQ Total Source?
