Feedstock & Biology Specialist – RNG Operations We are supporting ongoing operations across multiple Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) facilities and are seeking an experienced Feedstock & Biology Specialist to support anaerobic digestion performance, feedstock management, and biological system optimization. This position plays a key role in maintaining digester stability, improving methane yield, and supporting overall RNG production performance across multiple operating sites. The ideal background will include hands‑on experience with: Biogas/RNG production Organic feedstocks (manure, food waste, agricultural waste, biosolids, etc.) Digester troubleshooting and biological performance optimization Key Responsibilities Monitor and optimize digester biological health and performance Manage feedstock quality, consistency, blending, and loading strategies Track and analyze critical operating parameters including pH, VFAs, alkalinity, temperature, and loading rates Troubleshoot digestion upsets, low gas yield, foaming, souring, and process instability Support startup, recovery, and ongoing optimization efforts Partner closely with Operations and Production teams to maximize methane production Develop and maintain sampling, testing, and biological monitoring programs Provide data‑driven recommendations to improve process efficiency and reliability Support environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives Travel to multiple RNG facilities as needed to support operations Preferred Backgrounds RNG / Biogas Facilities Wastewater Treatment Dairy Digester Operations Agricultural or Environmental Operations Industrial Fermentation / Biological Processing Qualifications 5+ years of experience supporting anaerobic digestion, biological treatment, or similar process operations Strong understanding of anaerobic digestion and biogas systems Experience interpreting biological and laboratory performance data Proven troubleshooting and process optimization experience Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills Additional Information Multi‑site operational support role Travel required based on site needs This is an Expression of Interest (EOI) opportunity supporting ongoing RNG operations growth If interested, please apply directly or message me for additional details. #J-18808-Ljbffr Rev1 Energy
