Compensation:

$100,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
• Collaborate with our Inside Sales team to follow up on pre-qualified leads and convert them into successful transactions.
• Utilize our robust CRM system to manage client interactions and maintain organized records.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to continually enhance your real estate expertise.
• Work closely with our administrative team to ensure all contracts and paperwork are completed accurately and on time.
• Leverage our marketing tools to promote listings and attract potential buyers effectively.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and repeat business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate sales with a valid South Carolina real estate license.
• Ability to engage and build rapport with clients through effective communication and active listening.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple transactions and ensure seamless closings.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to shared goals and success.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems to track client interactions and manage leads efficiently.
• Comfortable with technology, including virtual communication tools and real estate software platforms.
