What You’ll Do

As a Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Your leadership will directly impact the quality of service, team performance, and overall guest satisfaction. Here’s what you can expect to take on:

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
Handle training, and performance management for team members.
Address guest concerns and feedback with professionalism and care.
Collaborate with ownership and other team members to meet financial and operational goals.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a candidate who brings a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for hospitality. To succeed in this role, you should have:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
A commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
