Our goal is to promote family recipes with bold, authentic flavors that represent the region and combining the essence of Cajun cooking with the speedy convenience of quick service restaurant. About the Role:As the Shift Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting daily operations of the restaurant and upholding Off The Hook standards and culture during every shift. The work environment includes working in a fast-paced kitchen environment which requires long periods of standing, lifting and bending, Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with General and Assistant General Manager to ensure operations meet all Off The Hook standards during shiftsActs as manager on duty and open and closes the restaurantEnforces Off The Hook polices and standardsProvide exemplary guest serviceUses tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution, document results and take corrective actions when neededAlways ensure cleanliness of restaurant during the shift  Requirements for Success:Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorates that may be changeAble to work a variety of shifts including days, evening, and weekends and travel as needed for work related functions and trainingMust be ServSafe certified or willing to obtain certification1+ years of restaurant or retail management experienceMust complete all required Off The Hook company training programsMust be 18 years of age or olderHigh school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferredPossess a valid driver's licenseOff The Hook is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, sexuality color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, veteran status, age, or any other classification protected by Federal, state, or local law. #RealCajunRealFast
