About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Information Technology to serve as a strategic and operational leader, advancing the organization's technology vision. The successful candidate will be responsible for executive oversight of all IT functions, ensuring that the company's IT infrastructure, systems, data, and digital capabilities support efficient service delivery. This role involves close partnership with executive leadership to align technology strategies with organizational priorities, driving innovation, scalability, and operational excellence. The VP of IT will also lead digital transformation initiatives, modernize systems and processes, and foster a high-performing IT team that is dedicated to the mission of the company. Candidates for the VP of IT position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive IT leadership experience, with a background in retail, logistics, or supply chain preferred. The role requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, system integration, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise risk management. Experience in managing various IT systems, including ERP, CRM, and business intelligence tools, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a proven track record of leading digital transformation and enterprise-wide system implementations. Key performance indicators for this role include the development and execution of a multi-year IT strategic roadmap, improved system reliability, and increased use of data and analytics to drive organizational decisions.
