Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Radiology Technologist for a travel job in Atlanta, Georgia. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Radiology Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 07/06/2026 Duration: 8 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, evenings Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: Georgia, Atlanta This X-ray Technologist position is based in Atlanta, Georgia. The role involves operating radiologic and fluoroscopic equipment within a fast-paced healthcare environment. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment. The position requires working evenings, with specific shift hours from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, and a minimum of 40 hours per week. Job Details: Schedule: M-F 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Valid ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification; graduation from a JRCERT (Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology) accredited program; licensure in BLS (Basic Life Support); minimum of 1 year level 1 trauma experience or 2-3 years at a large bed trauma level 2 facility; current working knowledge of operating radiologic and fluoroscopic equipment; experience evaluating images for technical quality; familiarity with EMR systems including EPIC and Sectra; ability to operate GE, Phillips, and CareStream equipment; willingness to learn pediatric and neonatal imaging; ability to work in inpatient, emergency department, and portable settings. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with students and performing competency check-offs; comfort working with inpatient and ED workflows; willingness to float as needed. Additional Information: Assigned to a department by day but expected to float if needed. Mask fit testing is required. The candidate should be comfortable working in emergency and inpatient settings, with a focus on patient safety and image quality.
