Family Practice - Without OB Physician

We are seeking a Family Medicine (FM) physician to provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages. This position is available due to the retirement of a current physician. The successful candidate will join a team that includes one other provider and an experienced APRN who manages her own panel of patients. Shared call schedule with other groups, approximately 1:6 or better. Work schedule is Monday through Friday, with 36 clinical hours per week. Flexible workweek options: 4 or 5 days to achieve 36 hours. Typical schedule involves 9 hours of patient care over 4 days. Patient load of 15-18 per day, with 45-minute physicals, 30-minute annuals, and 15-minute check-ups. Opportunity to see more patients and earn RVUs. Each provider is assigned their own office and exam rooms, supported by 1 to 1.5 Medical Assistants (MA) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) per provider. Compensation This is an employed position offering a competitive salary with RVUs. Requirements Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Family Medicine upon training completion. Open to new graduates and experienced physicians. Experience with EPIC Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is preferred. Occurrence-based malpractice insurance provided.
