SALSARITA'S FRESH MEXICAN GRILL is immediately hiring a General Manager to join our growing team!

Salsarita's is a fast-casual Mexican restaurant built on great food, fast service, and a fun, upbeat guest experience. We're looking for a hands-on leader who takes pride in coaching teams, delivering consistent results, and creating a workplace where people feel energized and supported.

Your Responsibilities

• Set the pace, expectations, and energy levels for your team
• Motivate, inspire, and coach employees while holding the team accountable
• Lead the restaurant to perform at the highest level through consistent execution
• Own overall restaurant performance, including staffing, operations, and daily results
• Oversee guest experience and uphold our guest-obsessed mantra
• Ensure food safety compliance and operational excellence
• Drive staff development through training, feedback, and teamwork
• Manage profitability by monitoring controllable costs and improving performance

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous Experience in a Managerial/Supervisor Role
• Previous Experience in the Restaurant/Food-Service Industry
• Able to Work in a Fast Paced Environment
• Legally Authorized to Work in the United States
• Able to Lift up to 30 lbs.
