About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Infrastructure Engineering to spearhead the technical strategy and execution of its data center solutions business. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and implementing a long-term technology vision that encompasses AI infrastructure, hyperscale data centers, enterprise networking, cloud connectivity, and next-generation infrastructure solutions. This executive will lead global engineering organizations, establish engineering standards, and ensure the delivery of market-leading technologies that drive business growth. Key responsibilities include leading infrastructure innovation, evaluating emerging technologies, and partnering with various business functions to ensure scalable and cost-effective solutions. Candidates for the Vice President, Infrastructure Engineering role at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline, with a preference for a Master's degree, and have at least 15 years' of progressive engineering leadership experience in related industries. The role requires a proven track record in developing enterprise-scale infrastructure technologies and leading cross-functional engineering teams. Experience in areas such as AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, and digital transformation initiatives is highly valued. The ideal candidate will have strong executive communication skills, the ability to influence at all levels, and a background in managing large engineering budgets and organizational planning.
