Position Summary Introducing Nestlé Purina's new Williamsburg Township, Ohio, factory - just 30 miles east of Cincinnati. This world-class factory will be built from the ground up to produce a wide variety of some of the most trusted and beloved pet care brands in the U.S. Our passionate team in Williamsburg Township will work in an environment that values safety, the latest technology in manufacturing and a culture of learning. Help us write the next chapter of Purina's history. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will provide support for warehouse operations including delivery and shipment coordination. You will also facilitate communication for all warehouse associates related to daily work assignments and operational needs. This position will start out working day shift until operations begin. Once the Williamsburg Township facility reaches operation, the hours will adjust to working a night shift. Utilize various digital warehouse systems to facilitate and coordinate the entire shipping process. Collaborate with all warehouse team members to ensure daily completion of the dock schedule. Ensure orders can be filled in full while meeting product quality and quantity standards. Communicate discrepancies to Warehouse and Operations Planning teams as needed. Manage daily flow of drivers for warehouse loads and unloads. Work closely with the Transportation team on trailer inventories, product cuts, overweights and dock schedule. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of clerical/administrative experience in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, industrial, military, or related environment The approximate pay range for this position is $40,000 - $55,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
