Paid administrative time for consultation, supervision, and documentation. Full administrative support. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, and implement treatment plans. Provide excellent client care and collaborate with the team. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals. Prepare and submit session documentation. Maintain at least 32 hours for patient care per week (Full-Time). Coordinate services with other providers and attend clinical meetings. Qualifications: Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields. Full, current, unrestricted license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT). Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation. Effective communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines. Comfort working with diverse clients. Ability to pass a background check. Model stable boundaries with clients. Additional Valuable Qualifications: Experience in mental health practice. Currently paneled with insurance network.
