Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Rehabilitation Specialty

Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM, with every other weekend requirement.

Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) specializing in Rehabilitation to join our team. The LPN will provide high-quality care to adult patients recovering from various conditions including strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, and complex orthopedic injuries. This role involves working collaboratively with physicians, specialists, and family members to establish and monitor care plans that promote recovery and improve functional abilities.

Responsibilities Deliver patient care in inpatient rehabilitation settings. Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs. Assist in daily living activities and therapeutic exercises. Administer medications and support nursing staff with procedures as required. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current LPN license in the state of Missouri. BLS (CPR) Certification. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a rehabilitation or med/surg setting is preferred.
