Immediate opening for a  Customer Service Representative in  Redlands, CA who possesses:

• 1 to 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced distribution, transportation, or manufacturing environment
• Strong Excel and ERP experience
• Ability to handle a high volume of inbound customer calls with professionalism

FULL DESCRIPTION:   We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customer order processing, inbound customer communication, freight coordination, order issue resolution, and general customer service activity in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for providing professional service, maintaining accurate customer records, supporting shipping logistics, and working closely with the customer service team to ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, comfortable handling a high volume of calls, and experienced with Excel, ERP systems, and accurate data entry.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Handling a high volume of inbound customer calls with professionalism
• Providing outstanding customer service by identifying customer needs and resolving issues
• Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
• Coordinating and assisting with freight and shipping logistics
• Researching and resolving order discrepancies
• Working collaboratively with the customer service team to ensure a positive customer experience
• Maintaining confidentiality of customer and company information
• Communicating professionally by phone and email with customers, internal teams, and related contacts
• Supporting daily customer service, administrative, and order processing needs
• Working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Performing other duties as assigned

The selected candidate will also possess:

• 1 to 2 years of customer service or related experience required
• Customer service experience in a distribution, transportation, or manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong Excel skills required
• ERP experience required
• Excellent data entry skills with strong attention to accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional email correspondence skills
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, professional, team-oriented environment
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Ability to complete required assessments, including Excel, 10-key, and data entry assessments
• Ability to work onsite in Redlands, CA
• Ability to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:40 PM

Required Assessments:

• Excel assessment for normal user proficiency
• 10-key assessment measuring accuracy and keystrokes per hour
• Data entry assessment measuring accuracy and speed

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
• Ability to communicate by phone, email, and in person throughout the workday
• Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls throughout the shift
• Ability to review customer orders, ERP data, spreadsheets, shipping information, and computer screens for extended periods
• Ability to use hands and fingers for typing, data entry, 10-key entry, filing, and standard office tasks
• Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the office as needed
• Ability to occasionally lift, carry, or move standard office files, documents, or supplies

Salary Range: $19/hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:40 PM
