Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
• Previous experience in a school environment highly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to creating inclusive and engaging learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy services to students with diverse speech and language needs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student development
• Maintain diligent documentation and progress reports according to state and federal regulations
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and help foster an inclusive classroom culture
