• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 - $2,130
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Call: 2 call shifts per scheduled period
• Setting: Women's health / Labor & Delivery unit

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience
• Active Arkansas RN license or compact/multistate RN license
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification
• Current NRP certification
• Postpartum nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and participate in a call rotation
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a compassionate bedside approach

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to laboring, delivering, and postpartum patients
• Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout the labor and delivery process
• Assist with assessments, interventions, and patient education
• Support safe, efficient care during deliveries and related procedures
• Collaborate with physicians, providers, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Respond appropriately to changing patient conditions in a fast-paced Labor & Delivery unit
• Document care accurately and maintain high standards of patient safety
• Participate in scheduled call and weekend coverage as required
