Licensed Psychologist

We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist specializing in psychological testing and assessment to join our integrated clinical team. In this role, you will focus on delivering comprehensive psychological testing services to adults and older adults in long-term care settings, providing objective diagnostic clarity, cognitive evaluation, behavioral insights, and evidence-based recommendations that directly support treatment planning, care decisions, and interdisciplinary collaboration. What You'll Do Psychological Testing & Assessment Conduct standardized psychological testing, including cognitive, neuropsychological, emotional, behavioral, and personality assessments. Administer, score, and interpret a variety of standardized instruments (e.g., cognitive tests, memory evaluations, executive functioning measures, mood/personality inventories). Complete integrated diagnostic reports that synthesize test data, clinical interview findings, behavioral observations, and relevant chart information. Provide clear, actionable recommendations to support diagnosis, care planning, behavioral interventions, and facility decision-making. Perform assessments related to cognitive capacity, guardianship, decision‑making, behavioral risk, and functional impairment, as appropriate. Ensure ethical testing practices, test security, and adherence to professional assessment standards.
