The Role As an AMS Recruiter (HR Interviewer), you will support client hiring managers with filling their vacancies to target start dates ensuring all quality thresholds and KPIs are met. The role involves developing and delivering excellent assessment services to the client in line with agreed service levels, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and guiding them to adopt best practice resourcing approaches. This is a key client‑facing role requiring responsiveness, strategy and strong communication. This is a 6‑12 month initial contract position working onsite in Atlanta, Georgia supporting a pilot hiring program with a leading aviation company. Previous military experience is welcome and encouraged. You will typically work 3 days per week – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Hours range between 20‑30 per week with the ability to set your schedule. This role requires onsite presence 3× weekly at the client location in Atlanta, Georgia. Key Accountabilities Provide assessments and recommendations to the client for best fit and skills profile assessment of the pilot program. Create and maintain trusted partner relationships with hiring managers and client stakeholders, overseeing recruitment assessment processes and advising on the recruitment process. Collaborate effectively with relevant teams such as Sourcing and Administration to ensure a smooth client and candidate experience. Skills & Requirements Behavioral and/or competency‑based interviewing experience. Previous military experience is welcome and encouraged. Professional and executive demeanor. Strong sense of urgency and responsive client‑facing skills. Strong customer focus and proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships.
