Traffic Control Crew Member – Immediate Hiring | $19/hr

Join a dynamic team keeping roads safe! As a Flagger , you’ll play a key role on construction sites by guiding traffic and protecting workers, drivers, and pedestrians.

What You’ll Do:

• Direct traffic using signs, signals, and radios
• Set up and manage cones, barricades, and safety zones
• Stay alert and adapt to changing road conditions
• Work closely with your crew to maintain smooth, safe operations

What You Need:

• Valid driver’s license + reliable transport
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather
• Comfortable lifting 30–50 lbs and standing for long hours
• Strong communication and quick decision-making skills
• Willingness to complete (or already have) flagging certification

Work Details:

• Outdoor work, Mon–Fri (occasional Saturdays)

• Travel to sites within ~1 hour radius (dispatched from home)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Canonsburg, PA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
