Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU & IMU

Location: Wilson, NC

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, with guaranteed weekly hours of 36. Weekend hours required (every other or every third weekend).

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our ICU and IMU teams. The nurse will provide high-quality patient care, supporting a diverse population with critical health conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient vitals and administer medications as prescribed.
• Provide critical care nursing to patients in the ICU and IMU.
• Perform EKG interpretation and titration of critical drips.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care and progress in the electronic health record (EHR).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum 1.5 years of nursing experience, specifically in ICU/IMU settings.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Knowledge of critical interventions and ICU procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to varying patient needs.
