Job Summary


Our client is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse responsible for providing emergency care, first aid, and episodic treatment of occupational injuries and illnesses. The role focuses on preventing illness and injury, protecting against work-related and environmental hazards, and promoting and restoring health. The nurse will also maintain accurate medical records in line with legal, regulatory, and reporting requirements.


Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care and first aid for occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Prevent illness and injury related to workplace hazards.
• Maintain accurate medical records as required by law.
• Independently motivated to manage responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Valid state nursing license.
• Certified in Healthcare Provider CPR/AED.
• Proficient with electronic medical records and basic computer programs/software.
• Experience in Urgent care, intensive care, or ER preferred.

Experience

• 2+ years of nursing experience.

Skills

• Proficient with electronic medical records.
• Basic computer program/software proficiency.

Additional Requirements

• 3rd shift, Monday through Friday, 10pm-6:30am.
