Responsibilities
- Perform MRI procedures across a variety of body parts using approved sequences and protocols
- Position patients and coils, ensuring comfort, safety, and accurate anatomy coverage
- Monitor and assess image quality; adjust parameters to meet diagnostic standards
- Screen patients for contraindications and maintain MRI safety protocols to minimize risk
- Transport and support patients as needed; collaborate with radiologists to interpret images
- Complete accurate documentation and ensure proper labeling, storage, and transfer of images

Requirements
- ARRT certification in MRI (or ARRT MRI verification) required
- BLS (AHA) certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of independent MRI experience in an acute care facility
- Ability to work rotating day/evening shifts
- Demonstrated proficiency with MRI safety practices and imaging protocols
