Responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, you will be the go-to problem-solver, addressing issues quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime and keep our clients' operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: - Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on a variety of building systems and equipment - Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues - Respond to service requests and work orders in a timely manner - Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and repairs - Collaborate with facility managers and other team members to identify and implement improvements - Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized work environment Qualifications: - 1-2 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities technician role - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in the use of hand tools, power tools, and basic test equipment - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals - Excellent communication and customer service skills - High school diploma or equivalent Working Conditions: - Varied work environment, including indoor and outdoor settings - Potential for exposure to noise, dust, and other environmental factors - Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs - Flexible schedule, with the potential for on-call or after-hours work Compensation and Benefits: - Competitive hourly rate starting at $18 per hour - Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance Company Description Connecting Companies with Good Employees, and Employees with Good Companies!!
