Registered Nurse – Med Surg Tele, Lima, Ohio. Start date 08/10/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment. Weekly pay: $1,790–$1,888 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 12-hour nights (3x12). Working in a hospital setting on a Med Surg Tele unit. Monitor telemetry, interpret heart rhythms, and intervene promptly for rhythm changes or unstable status. Administer prescribed medications, including cardiac agents (Cardizem, Amiodarone, Nitro, Heparin, Cardine, Dobutamine, Lasix, Bumex), and titrate as needed. Collaborate with LPN/PCT and Unit Secretaries to coordinate care and assist in planning, directing, and teaching non‑RN staff. Recognize signs of stroke or clinical deterioration and implement appropriate interventions; communicate changes to the care team. Document care accurately in the medical record and adhere to policies and procedures.
