About the Opportunity
A well-established, physician-owned dermatology practice in Northern New Jersey is seeking an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its growing team. This full-time position will be split between 2 locations in the Jersey City area.
The practice offers an established patient base, a supportive clinical environment, and the opportunity to practice with a high level of autonomy. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Dermatology APP looking to join a growing private practice with flexibility and long-term earning potential.

Compensation
- $120,000+ base salary, depending on experience
- Productivity bonus based on a percentage of collections
- Compensation structure may vary based on experience and location

Candidate Requirements
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Minimum 1 year of Dermatology experience required
- Spanish-speaking required
- Experience in medical dermatology required
- Comfortable with surgical dermatology
- Cosmetic dermatology experience is a plus
- Comfortable practicing autonomously in a high-volume clinical setting
- Eligible for or currently holds New Jersey licensure
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced Dermatology NP or PA who is comfortable managing an established patient panel and practicing with a high degree of independence. The practice is particularly interested in someone who enjoys medical and surgical dermatology and would like the opportunity to further develop their cosmetic experience.
