Providing high-touch support for brokers, the full-time Ohio Licensed Broker Concierge Associate will manage complex pre and post enrollment issues, including member onboarding, benefit inquiries, and service escalations, while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Research and resolve pre and post enrollment issues for broker enrollees, focusing on first call resolution Collaborate with various departments to provide comprehensive resolutions for member-related issues and broker escalations Log all broker interactions into databases for accurate tracking and analysis Required Qualifications High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred Three years of customer service or sales support experience required Current, unrestricted State Insurance license in Accident and Health preferred or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire Commercial insurance sales experience preferred Proficiency in a Windows environment with a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute Virtual Vocations Inc
