Regional Clinical Affairs Manager - Electrophysiology (EP)

Abbott seeks a Regional Clinical Affairs Manager for its Electrophysiology business to drive clinical research strategy and enrollment in the cardiovascular field. The role is field-based and remote, focusing on clinical trial acceleration, Key Opinion Leader engagement, and new site launches across a designated territory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clinical trial sites, proactively driving patient enrollment and meeting study milestones
• Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders; coordinate their participation in study committees and publications
• Identify, launch, and manage new clinical research sites to expand territory and support trial execution
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between clinical and commercial teams on new product launches and strategic initiatives
• Mentor clinical affairs staff and manage day-to-day territory priorities including scheduling and forecasting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, biological sciences, or related field; or equivalent cardiology/clinical research experience
• 9+ years of progressively responsible clinical work experience in cardiovascular field
• Recognized national leader or expert in electrophysiology or cardiology clinical research
• Ability to travel up to 50%, including potential international travel
• Experience engaging Key Opinion Leaders and managing clinical research sites
• Strong project management and multitasking capabilities across territories

Compensation: $99,300–$198,700 base
