Cook - Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations - Ensure proper storage and handling of food items - Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and execute menu items - Assist with menu planning and development - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Follow dietary restrictions and special requests for meal preparation - Coordinate with dietary aides for efficient meal service Requirements - Previous experience in SNF food preparation or a related role - Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required - Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects Job Type: Part-time Pay: Commensurate with experience Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
