What We Offer:

• $10,000 Signing Bonus (Paid out in increments)
• Full-time & Part-time Opportunities
• $30+/hour depending on experience

One of LSC's senior living communities, Trinity Grove, is seeking full-time and part-time LPNs. As an LPN at Trinity Grove, you will play a crucial role in providing care to residents under the supervision of their attending physicians and the Director of Nursing Services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering and documenting medication and treatments accurately.
• Maintaining the security of drug rooms and ensuring proper storage.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions.
• Carrying out various nursing procedures, including catheter care, dressing changes, and administering respiratory treatments.
• Supervising the nursing team and fostering a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited LPN program.
• Current LPN license in the state of North Carolina.
• CPR certification or willingness to complete it.
