PolisherPosition Summary:The Polisher will work closely with the FOH team, handling all glass, silver, and plate ware for service. The ideal polisher will be efficient, yet careful while handling and cleaning flat and stemware.Responsibilities: (This includes but is not limited to)Polish glassware and flatwareRun clean and polished glassware and flatware to the service stationsRestock all polished items throughout serviceCommunicate effectively with all team membersHelp the team with filling water pitchers. Empty dish bins during slow timesMaintain presentable appearanceRequirements:High School Diploma or equivalent;No experience requiredDependability-job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations.Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidaysGood interpersonal and communication skillsTeam player is MUSTStrong task and time management abilitiesAbility to stand for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.Maintaining composure, keeping emotions in check, controlling anger, and avoiding aggressive behavior, even in difficult situations
