Join Devereux New Jersey Where Great Careers SOAR! Overview As a Program Manager at Devereux, you will work with dedicated professionals and oversee a group home in Cape May, NJ. The role reports directly to the Program Director. Salary $58,000 – $68,000 per year. Maintain internal and external program facilities to represent Devereux as a responsible community member. Supervise all staff within the program, including hiring, performance management, attendance management, payroll accuracy and training compliance. Ensure adequate staffing coverage for all shifts. Supervise planning, implementation and documentation of programs to meet social, emotional, physical and personal needs. Plan and participate in group outings for individuals. Manage shopping for the home’s necessities. Schedule and transport individuals to doctor’s appointments, shopping trips, and day programs/schools. Qualifications Minimum of a high school diploma/GED; bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. Valid non‑provisional driver’s license. Availability for ten days of paid on‑site orientation on weekdays. One year supervisory experience in a child/adult behavioral health care agency. Preferably two years experience working with individuals with disabilities in a community setting. Empathetic with a team approach to care.
