Registered Nurse - 4W Rehab

Location: Seattle, WA

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Day shift, 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30)

Job Description: The Registered Nurse in the 4W Rehab unit will provide care to patients primarily focused on trauma rehabilitation, including traumatic spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and stroke patients. The unit also specializes in treating burn patients and those with multiple amputations, as well as ventilator-dependent patients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments and develop care plans for rehabilitation patients.
• Administer medications and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Manage ventilator-dependent patients and support weaning efforts when possible.
• Provide support for medical-surgical patients in assigned beds.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required, preferably in a Level I trauma center.
• Active RN license in Washington state.
• Current BLS certification is mandatory.
• Experience with EPIC charting system is required.
