Basic Qualifications Principal Electronics Engineer:You must satisfy one of the following education/experience criteria to be considered for this position:Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 5 years’ experience, Master's degree in STEM with 3 years’ experience, Ph.D. degree in STEM with 0 years’ experience. An additional 4 years’ experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable.United States Citizenship.Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.The ability to read and interpret specifications, schematics and block diagramsMix of hardware and software skillsExperience in text-based programming (e.g. C /C++)Background and working knowledge in RF, digital or power theory and conceptsExperience with test & measurement equipmentBasic Qualifications for a Sr. Principal Engineer:You must satisfy one of the following education/experience criteria to be considered for this position:Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 8 years’ experience, Master's degree in STEM with 6 years’ experience, Ph.D. degree in STEM with 3 years’ experience. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
