A Vital Role in the Practice

As the first and last touchpoint in the patient experience, you’ll set the tone for care. Your ability to organize, communicate, and problem-solve makes all the difference.

• Welcome patients warmly and professionally—whether in person or by phone

• Manage insurance verifications, billing coordination, and collections
  
• Handle emails, voicemails, and messages promptly and accurately
  
• Maintain meticulous patient records and data in systems like Open Dental and Dental Intelligence
  
• Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth, efficient operations and exceptional patient service
  
• Promote and protect patient confidentiality (HIPAA) and uphold clinical excellence standards

What We’re Looking For

• Experience & Education: High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years in a dental or customer service setting preferred
  
• Tech Savvy: Confident with dental software, email systems, and office tools like Google Drive, Excel, and Word
  
• Communication Pro: You’re clear, compassionate, and confident—whether face-to-face or on the phone
  
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: You manage tasks efficiently and take pride in accuracy
  
• Patient-Focused: You love creating welcoming, stress-free experiences
  
• Team Player: You support others and thrive in a collaborative environment
  
• Reliable & Adaptable: You show up on time, follow through, and stay flexible with scheduling needs
