Requirements
We’re seeking a Medical Director who is passionate about compassionate care and ready to lead. This role balances hands‑on clinical work with leadership, mentorship, and collaboration.
- Lead and mentor associate veterinarians
- Balance patient care with management and operational oversight
- Partner closely with the Practice Manager to support strong business practices
- Ensure regulatory compliance and high professional standards
- Collaborate with Blue River Pet Care on administrative, capital, and HR matters
Ideal Candidate
- DVM/VMD licensed in Utah (or eligible)
- DEA license in good standing
- 5+ years of clinical experience
- Confident leader with a passion for teaching and mentorship
