Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Owning Full-Cycle Searches from initial consultation through to closing.
• Acting as a Client Partner to gain a deep understanding of their hiring needs, challenges, and organizational culture.
• Strategic Sourcing, leveraging our unique CRM/ATS, leveraging your own network, along with our proprietary communications platform.
• Utilizing Our Comprehensive Platform to manage candidate relationships, track outreach efforts, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
• Focusing on Permanent Placements that yield long-lasting benefits for clients and robust commissions for you.
• Contributing to Thought Leadership as we elevate both our brand and yours.
