Lead Production Assistant

Job Title: Lead Production Assistant Department: Production Reports To: Production Manager Job Summary: The Lead Production Assistant plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of projects through the production process. This role involves managing permitting and final inspections, handling legal documentation, and coordinating schedules for various teams, including project managers, installers, and service technicians. The Lead Production Assistant must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities: Permitting & Final Inspections: Manage all aspects of the permitting process, including submitting applications, tracking approvals, and scheduling inspections. Coordinate final inspections with relevant authorities and ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations. Maintain accurate records of permits and inspection results. Warranty Legal Documentation: Prepare and manage legal documents related to projects, such as contracts, waivers, and insurance certificates. Ensure all necessary documentation is properly completed, signed, and filed. Stay up-to-date on relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule project managers, installation crews, and service technicians to ensure timely project completion. Optimize schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. Communicate effectively with all parties involved to ensure clear expectations and avoid scheduling conflicts.
