Summary

We are currently seeking self-motivated individuals who are interested in creating a flexible, independent career path as an Entrepreneurial Travel Specialist. In this role, you will work directly with clients to explore travel ideas, coordinate trip arrangements, and help bring personalized vacation plans to life-all while managing your own schedule in a remote environment.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, discovering travel options, and building something of their own with the support of an established system. Whether assisting with relaxing getaways or more detailed travel plans, you'll play a key role in helping clients move from inspiration to confirmed bookings. No prior experience is required, as full training and ongoing guidance are provided.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to plan and organize travel experiences including hotels, flights, cruises, and activities
• Identify travel options that align with client interests, timelines, and budgets
• Provide helpful insights and recommendations to support decision-making
• Communicate with clients through email, messaging platforms, and phone when appropriate
• Coordinate booking details with trusted travel suppliers and partners
• Maintain accurate records of client itineraries and travel arrangements
• Stay informed on travel opportunities, destination updates, and promotional offers
• Support clients throughout the planning and booking process

Qualifications

• Interest in building an independent, travel-focused role
• Strong communication and customer service mindset
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently
• Organized and comfortable handling multiple client requests
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must reside in the US, UK, Australia, Spain, Mexico or other qualifying regions
