Kind humans. Confident dancers.

At Dance Texas, we want our teachers to feel like they are part of a team, not just someone who comes in, teaches a class, and leaves. We value collaboration, communication, creativity, and giving our instructors room to grow. You’ll work in a supportive environment where your ideas are welcomed, your contribution matters, and you have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with your students and fellow teachers. We care about developing great dancers, but we care just as much about creating a studio culture that teachers and families genuinely enjoy being part of.
