What You Will Do The Licensed Esthetician is a vital part of our client experience — offering advanced facials, skincare treatments, and a warm, professional presence that builds client trust and loyalty. Provide expert-level facials, skincare treatments, and wellness services using high-standard techniques, excellence and attentiveness. Conduct professional skin analyses and recommend customized treatment plans (in-clinic and at home). Deliver consistent, luxury-focused service grounded in attentiveness, precision, and care. Maintain a pristine, well-stocked treatment room in full compliance with Maryland State Board and internal protocols. Educate clients on product knowledge and support retail recommendations aligned with their goals. Accurately maintain client treatment notes, charts, and service documentation. Assist with daily operational flow, including opening/closing, restocking, and room preparation. Participate in ongoing training, education, team meetings, and BeYou brand immersions. Who You Are Licensed Esthetician in the state of Maryland with proven hands-on expertise in skincare and client care. Skilled in facials, corrective skincare, and luxury wellness treatments; eager to grow and refine techniques. Warm, polished, and professional in both presence and performance, delivering five-star client experiences. Compensation & Benefits We offer a compensation package that supports your growth and rewards excellence, including: Compensation Range This is a commission-based esthetician role with a competitive percentage split for all completed services. Scheduling is flexible, allowing providers to build their books and grow with the clinic as client demand increases. Clients may be booked through both returning and new client inquiries, ensuring a pathway to increase service volume and earning potential.
