Physician Dermatology - Competitive Salary

Job Description Dermatologist Opportunity in Colorado We are a physician-owned and led Dermatology private practice committed to remaining independent, with no plans to sell to private equity. Our focus is on providing mission-driven care to patients, the community, and the world. We serve both metro and underserved areas, accepting Medicaid patients, and are active participants in global charity projects with World Vision. Clinic Locations: Colorado Springs Woodland Park Castle Rock Canon City Pueblo Providers typically split their week between two office locations, with the largest needs in the Colorado Springs clinics. Opportunities to work at satellite clinics (such as Pueblo or Canon City) are available as desired. Schedule and Responsibilities: 34 to 38 patient-facing hours per week Choice of 4, 4.5, or 5-day work week Standard template: 36 patients per 8-hour clinic day Volume adjusted for excisions (1.5 to 2 per hour) Clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm Focus on Medical/Surgical Dermatology, with the ability to build Cosmetics practice as desired Heavily staffed for practice efficiency and excellent patient care 2 dedicated Medical Assistants (MAs) per physician, with hiring authority to ensure a good fit 80% of local Dermatology referrals from primary care providers (strong reputation supported by a dedicated Referral Team) EMR: NextGen Our Team: 10 Dermatologists (including 3 Mohs Surgeons and 2 Dermatopathologists) 3 Facial Plastic Surgeons 9 Dermatology Advanced Practitioners 1 Aesthetic Nurse Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary Productivity bonus incentives Sign-on bonus Relocation assistance Comprehensive benefits including Medical/Vision/Dental plans, 401k, malpractice insurance, CME allowance, and PTOaa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
