HousepersonLocation: Atlantic Beach Resort – Atlantic Beach, NCJob Type: Part-TimeWhat’s in it for me?Competitive pay based on experience!All employees receive membership to our travel club after their first few months, which includes:Deeply discounted stays at our resortsDiscounted stays at partner hotels and resortsDiscounts on airfare, car rentals, and other travel-related expensesPart-time employees receive:Access to TeledocEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Potential eligibility for the 401(k) planPosition SummaryThe Houseperson supports the housekeeping team by preparing rooms, removing linens and trash, delivering supplies, and maintaining public and back-of-house areas.Essential FunctionsRemove linens and trash from guest rooms and public spaces.Transport clean linens and supplies to designated areas.Assist with cleaning rooms, hallways, and public areas.Maintain organization of storage areas and housekeeping carts.Report maintenance or safety issues promptly.Assist with room setup, furniture movement, or special projects.Support grounds and pressure-washing tasks when needed.Other FunctionsSupport laundry operations as required.Assist other departments during busy periods.Perform additional duties as assigned.Qualifications & RequirementsAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Strong customer-service skills.Education & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Prior hospitality experience preferred.Knowledge & SkillsStrong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.Physical RequirementsFrequent standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.Ability to push/pull carts and equipment.Work EnvironmentIndoor/outdoor work with exposure to cleaning chemicals.Weekends and holidays required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
