What You’ll Do

• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, cookware, and utensils according to the chef’s specifications and food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including floors, equipment, and work surfaces throughout each shift.
• Clean bathrooms and common areas of the facility as assigned.
• Empty and manage trash and recyclables in a timely manner.
• Keep the workspace organized and well-stocked to support the kitchen team.
• Work safely, efficiently, and cleanly at all times, following all workplace safety procedures.
• Assist with other kitchen support duties as directed by the chef or kitchen manager.

• Flexible availability, including occasional evenings and weekends especially during busy season.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Experience in a full-service restaurant or catering environment preferred — but not required. We will train the right person.
