Job Responsibilities Responsible for customer service activities including updating, troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing highly complex capital equipment at customer sites. Represent the company to the customer and assume accountability for customer satisfaction with service. Ensure operational quality of system equipment. Coordinate actions with customers to minimize downtime. Provide assistance to Installation Engineers in resolving problems. Qualifications Bachelor's level degree. 0 years related work experience.
