This bilingual position requires managing daily restaurant activities with a focus on operational strategy and fostering a productive, customer-focused atmosphere without the need for travel. Advanced POS and management systems are used to streamline reporting and operational efficiency.

 

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a large team of 50+ staff members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address customer concerns promptly
• Oversee inventory control and maintain vendor relations to optimize supply levels
• Conduct staff training and development programs to enhance team performance
• Utilize bilingual communication skills to effectively manage staff and customer interactions
• Create and manage staff scheduling to meet operational demands
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve restaurant efficiency

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in restaurant management
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
• Proven team leadership capabilities
• Strong skills in inventory management
• Experience with staff training and development
