Marketing Coordinator

The Role

We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to own the consistency, accuracy, and effectiveness of Inland's brand across everything we put out into the world - our website, our marketing campaigns, our social presence, and the collateral our sales team relies on every day. If you're detail-oriented, brand-minded, and like seeing a marketing program run clean and on-message, this is your seat.

What You'll Do

• Order brand-approved collateral. Order and coordinate sales and marketing materials as needed - brochures, sell sheets, photography, and digital content - making sure everything aligns with the Inland Brand Guide and ordering replacements before supplies run low.
• Manage signage. Order, track, and coordinate community and site signage - directional signs, model home signage, and event materials - keeping it on-brand, in good condition, and where it needs to be.
• Maintain inlandhomes.com. Keep the site accurate, current, and error-free, including community pages, forms, and inventory listings with up-to-date details and pricing. Catch errors and get them corrected.
• Coordinate with marketing vendors. Interface with our marketing partners weekly to scope needs, deliver content, and keep projects moving on time.
• Keep our online presence on-brand. Run monthly reviews of social posts, regular audits of in-progress campaigns, and ongoing checks of social and Google profiles to confirm everything is accurate, current, and consistent with the brand.

What We're Looking For

• Strong eye for brand consistency and detail
• Experience with HubSpot, Canva, Slack, and website content updates (CMS) is a plus, but not required - we're happy to teach the right person
• MLS familiarity welcome, though not necessary - you can learn what you need on the job
• Experience coordinating with outside marketing vendors or agencies
• Comfort with social media management and basic campaign auditing
• Organized, reliable, and able to juggle recurring tasks against deadlines
• 1-3 years in a marketing, brand, or coordinator role

This is a full-time, in-office role, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We don't offer full-time remote positions. If you're looking for a remote or hybrid role, this position won't be a fit.
