Who you are:

• Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of leadership experience in marketing, communications, public relations, branding, or related fields, ideally within education or mission-driven institutions.
• Proven expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, communications, media relations, and organizational storytelling.
• Strong analytical, leadership, budget management, and team development skills, with the ability to collaborate across executive leadership teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

What you'll do:

• Develop and execute comprehensive enrollment, recruitment, retention, marketing, and brand strategies designed to grow enrollment and strengthen institutional reputation.
• Lead and oversee admissions, communications, digital content, and marketing functions while building data-driven enrollment forecasting and reporting processes.
• Serve as a key executive partner to school leadership, creating compelling messaging and storytelling that highlights the organization's academic excellence, student outcomes, faith-based mission, and community impact.
• Manage vendor relationships, departmental budgets, marketing initiatives, feeder school outreach, campus visit programs, and long-term strategic planning efforts.

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.

The target base salary for this role is $150,000-$165,000 per year . Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
